We ordered chinese delivery this past weekend and my husband ordered honey chicken. While we were eating our lunch, he pulled a piece of chicken out of his mouth and gave me a funny expression. A THUMB TACK was cooked inside his chicken!! We called the Chinese place, and talked to the manager. The lady working there was VERY reluctant to give us his cell number. An employee came to our house, looked at the chicken, peeled out the thumb tack and threw both pieces away.
The next day, my husbands back tooth starting hurting and has gradually been feeling more pain. We're scheduling a dentist appointment but wondering if it could be the thumb tack.
Also, can we do something legally about this? We have pictures, but no thumb tack..Chinese delivered a THUMB TACK In our chicken!!!?
That is messed up.
Not sure what you can do legally. If it causes permanent damage that needs to be repaired, you can try a lawsuit.
