Ive been to SC Where u pay a standard price for take out buffet and only a dollar extra for delivery. ive been to NY where they weigh the box for take out buffet and drivers expect a tip for delivery. how does it goi in Atl?How is Chinese in Atlanta?
First, tip more than a friggin' DOLLAR if you're too lazy to drive to the restaurant to get it yourself. I've been to many Chinese places here, but my favorite remain the Lee's Golden Buddha ones. There are about five of them, so google that name so you can find the one closest to you.How is Chinese in Atlanta?
That would depend on the restaurant, but in general take out buffet is priced per lb or box.
As for delivery, I believe all drivers expect tip, as that is a very common practice. Some restaurants that deliver do charge extra for delivery, others just have a se min order before they deliver. How is Chinese in Atlanta?
All delivery drivers no matter what they are delivering to you expect and deserve to be tipped. That is how they earn a living. You wouldn't stiff a waitress why stiff the driver.
Almost all take outs from a buffet are priced by weight.
BTW, with a large Oriental population in Atlanta there are some excellent Chinese restaurants in the area
