They usually have a minimum order of between $10-$12 dollars, and when I order the min, I tip between $2-$3 dollars. This number goes up if the weather is bad or if they bring it extra fast.

Always at least five for delivery. 15% beyond that. Round up to the nearest whole dollar.

If you're broke and have only enough for the meal,
