ems is a big delivery company in china i have a parcel number from them CP053818525CN , you can't contact them from www.ems.cn their chinese website but i need to contact them to find out where this parcel originally came from

Possibly they don't have anyone who can read English to read the emails that you sent them, so they just ignore the problem rather than find someone who knows English.



The parcel should have the senders address. It is illegal to send mail in China without a return address (I usually just put a fake address on the letters I send).
