When I lived in Indianapolis, I had no difficultly finding Chinese delivery...
There was a place at 86th and Michigan (kind of behind the super Wal-Mart on 86th, past St. Vincent's hospital) that we got delivery from all the time. Food was better than several other places we got delivery from. I can't remember the name, though :/
