Technically if your dieting because your overweight, how often are you allowed to eat KFC or chinese delivery?

I'd say maybe a few times per month, as a treat. You shouldn't deprive yourself of anything--moderation is the key. If you get Chinese food, try to order one of the dishes that's not fried.Technically if your dieting because your overweight, how often are you allowed to eat KFC or chinese delivery?
Um probably never..
Once every week or two, just don't pig out....Technically if your dieting because your overweight, how often are you allowed to eat KFC or chinese delivery?
i dont eat at the KFC,but i eat Chinese once or twice a month.i love it.
KFC has baked chicken. I treat myself to something I really like once a week on the weekend, but I still try to make wise selections and not eat too big of portions.Technically if your dieting because your overweight, how often are you allowed to eat KFC or chinese delivery?
I would avoid both of those places for a couple of months, depending upon how much you are trying to lose. Once you've gotten to your desired weight, having either KFC or a Chinese take away every once in a while wouldn't hurt, but you can't eat stuff like that all the time and expect to lose weight or maintain a low weight.
"Technically" you're not supposed to be eating it often at all. Buuuut, there really is no harm if you're actually keeping up with a diet. I would say that you should treat yourself to something you love to eat maybe once every 2 weeks, but try to make it up by powerwalking after. I would even say depending on how unhealthy the food you want, if it's not too fattening, to have it once a week.

There is no point in torturing yourself by depriving yourself of things you love, life would seem so routine and boring if you eat foods you hate and exercise all the time. But it is important to think of these foods as "treats", do not overdo it because the last thing you want to do is throw all your hard work away by making these foods an everyday thing.
