Time for mail to get through chinese customs?

I recently sent my friend in China a card through USPS Express International mail. The tracking says that the card has been Delivered Abroad on January 30th, but I still haven't gotten delivery confirmation, leading me to believe that the card is still in Chinese customs. Does anyone know the average time it takes for something from the US to get through Chinese customs?Time for mail to get through chinese customs?
It should arrive any time, mailings are usually hectic for this time of the year. If the address is not written in Chinese, may take some extra time for the staff there to figure out.Time for mail to get through chinese customs?
If you have the right chinese address, it would be fine. If you have the right ping yin (english spelling in chinese). It still be fine. Otherwise, it would be wondering around because they don't know English or the correct address. If you have the right postal code, should be OK too.
