Yes. It is proper to tip a delivery by rounding up to the next reasonable number. For 13.70 rounding up to 15 is reasonable, but throwing in another dollar would have made it 15% and that would be quite fair.

I would say aim for 15% of the total price (more or less depending on the job), but I always also give at least $2.00.
thats close enough. 10-15% is closer to the mark but they understand when you round up to the nearest fiver. if its too close to the amount you should bump it up btu thats like 9% or something like that so youre ok.
