It really is hilariously funny, but I'm afraid that these poor people are going to get a hard time for their errored signs. Should I be the one to tell them that their signs aren't correct? My local Chinese restaurant has improper English written on ALL of their signs!!!?
Does it truly matter if their signs are not grammatically correct? As long as you get the message the sign serves its purpose. Case in point the improper English on the sign probably caught your attention better than if it was done correctly. If the sign simply read "We Deliver" you wouldn't have thought about a Chinese restaurant enough to post about it on Yahoo! Answers. Maybe your local Chinese restaurant owners are actually sly, crafty marketers. When you see "We Delivery" it makes you read it twice.
Elena S - I found that quite insulting. I am a Caucasian native of the United States of America. Sorry if my English is not perfected to your liking, but you will just have to deal with that.

I say go for it. What do you have to lose? They might really appreciate the gesture. If they really want to change it, they will.My local Chinese restaurant has improper English written on ALL of their signs!!!?
hmm, do you know that your message looks like written by a non-native too?
