Am I allowed to send chinese moon cakes which consist of eggs to England by air mail from Hong Kong to England?
Are eggs dairy products? UK government has restrictions on the delivery of dairy products to its country by post.

eggs,milk and cheese are dairy and can be out only for 6 hours. after that it have to cold. You asking the wrong question. You got to ask is there's a shipping company in Hong kong that can ship food that have to be in cold temp and do they deliver to England. You can not take it in the plain or send it regular shipping its not going to make it. GO or call the company that make them and see if they know of a over sea shipping company they should know of the shipping laws from Hong Kong to England.

In a nutshell, no but its only a small package I can't see them checking it. Be warned though Postal strikes everywhere here at the minute. I sent a letter to Japan 3 months ago and my friend only recieved it yesterday. It lay in a sorting office in reading for 2 1/2 months
