What is this Chinese potato/bread triangle thing called?

We ordered Chinese food for delivery tonight... they gave us these greasy triangles in a bag.

They were thin, and tasted potato/bread-like. There were some scraps of green stuff in it, maybe like spinach or some sort of spice.

It also came with this black soy sauce stuff that tasted good well as a dip for the triangles...

What are they called? I think it was a mistake when they gave them to us.... lolWhat is this Chinese potato/bread triangle thing called?

Probably wontons.. They're really good with sweet and sour sauce and are actually my boyfriends favourite thing to order from a chinese restaraunt.
sounds like pot stickers to me. they are used as an appetizer and they are exactly as you are describing but the ones I have tried had a meat substance inside with mixture of some kind of vegatable. and they were made to be dipped in a sauce that is almost like soy sauce but not quite. they are really good! so next time ask for there pot stickers and I am sure there the same thing as what you had. What is this Chinese potato/bread triangle thing called?
